don't get your panties in a knot, i'll be back for sure. i just need a break from facebook for a while. it was starting to seriously take over my life. lately i've been feeling like nothing in my life could exist without technology and i'm absolutely hating it.

my goal is to go at least one week without facebook.

i'd like to think of a technological cleanse that will force me to pay more attention to the more important things in life (i.e. homework)

It's crashing in my ears

i should be studying for my french midterm which goes down in T minus 4 hours.

Today is one of those amazing, perfect days where you can't help but to smile for no particular reason.

I read a book once that claimed it's absurd for humans to feel happiness when the sun shines... that something like the weather cannot possibly be related to emotion.

I wholeheartedly disagree.

The second I walked outside this morning, I knew today would be fantastic; and I was right.

It looks like me and my favourite future and current roomies have FINALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLYYYYYY found a house that is a.) not a scam, b.) doesn't have bedbugs and/or mice, and c.) is above ground AND has windows!!!

in fact, we currently have 3 houses lined up and all we need to do is pick one!

so yes,

and my best friends in the world will be in ottawa in less than two weeks!

If people die the moment that they graduate, then surely it's the things we do beforehand that count

lately it's been mine and my roommates' goal to watch all (or at least most) of the movies nominated for Oscars this year. While i still haven't seen all of them, An Education definitely takes my pick for Best Picture this year, so far. It's really a beautiful film.

i think it is safe to say that spring has sprung here in Ottawa!!

and, with the arrival of this magnificent season and the end of one of the coldest winter's i've ever had to experience comes major changes to my blog.

actually it's mostly just the layout that has changed majorly.. and that i promise to post much more often than i have been.

i'm so excited for life right now. now that my heavy midterms are finally finished and most of the essays are finally written, all i can look forward to is the summer.. which is sure to be one of the greatest everrrrrrrrrr.
