so here's the current situation
i should be in arizona right now for a palma-caputo reading week vacation extravaganza. instead, it is 2:31 am and i am sitting in an EMPTY airport in lansing, michigan. first of all, who knew an airport existed in lansing, michigan? and second of all whyy on earth am i spending the night here?
well here's the story:
flight number 1- Toronto to Detroit was delayed by over an hour
flight number 2- Detroit to Phoenix COULD NOT WAIT FOR 9 PEOPLE FOR 15 MINUTES AND DECIDED TO LEAVE WITHOUT US.
apparently there are no other flights to pheonix
why would there be?
so, the 9 of us hopped in a cab and drove the 2 hours to the godforsaken place that is lansing, michigan.
we've currently overtaken the entire airport, sleeping anywhere we can find a comfortable chair. this is the third airport i've been in today
tomorrow, we'll be flying to minnesota, and then finally (dare i say it) PHEONIX!
so bottom line:
fuck you, delta airlines.
i just want to be suntanning, right now.
