life is gooooooooooood.

today i realized something:
maybe the universe knows me better than i know myself.
while that may sound like an incredibly new wave/hippy thing to say, lately i've been prone to thinking that this can only be true. sometimes we think we want things, never stopping to realize why or what our lives will turn out like if we actually received everything we wanted. so, i'm thinking maybe fate has something to do with all of this. maybe this sounds like a load of bullshit to you, but maybe it's true and fate really does know us better than we know ourselves. in thinking this, i am conforted by the belief that everything will work out in the end, cause the world is looking out for me.

or maybe i'm just way too idealistic.
either way, i am so content with my life right now
AND i passed linguistics! (haha, just had to throw that in there)
